If your order is placed by 10 am AEST, in most cases, it will be dispatched same day (excludes weekends and public holidays). Please note that during major online sales events, we may take an extra 1-2 days to prepare your order.
The average delivery times for Standard delivery are:
- 4-7 Business days for Australian wide including most regional areas.
- 7-10 Business days for regional WA, far north QLD and most of NT, outside Alice Springs and Darwin.

Tip: Delivery will likely be attempted during business hours, so you may prefer to provide your work address. Please make sure include a business name with all business addresses.
We offer Express Shipping through Australia Post. In most cases, your order is delivered the following business day after it is dispatched. The delivery timings are dependent on Australia Post's express shipping coverage network.
Please note: Deliveries coming from our NSW location that is being delivered to WA or NT are NOT covered by the Express Post Next Business Day Guarantee. While this service will be faster than the regular postage speeds, it will still take several business days.
PAYMENT VIA PAYPAL E-CHEQUE
Any orders placed using PayPal e-Cheque as the payment method will not be dispatched until the payment is cleared. These take between 3-5 business days to clear, and then processing and postage times will commence after this.

CHANGES TO ORDERS / CANCELLING ORDERS
Please be careful to check all billing and shipping information before an order is placed, as orders are processed quickly and changes are unable to be made once they've been received and accepted. This also includes changing styles, colours and/or sizes.
We may be able to cancel your order prior to dispatch, but we cannot guarantee this. Most orders are dispatched within 1-2 hours of receipt and we cannot cancel your order or make changes to your address after this time.

We offer a 2 year limited warranty that covers manufacturer defects for items with proof of purchase, bought in Australia & New Zealand.
You will receive your Australia Post tracking number via email once your order has dispatched. When you input the tracking number into the online tracking system, you will be notified of the delivery ETA. There can occasionally be postal delays by Australia Post that unfortunately, are out of our control. If you have any concerns about your delivery, we suggest that you first contact Australia Post and cite your tracking reference number.
