Simply visit our e‑Gift Card product page here, add the card to your cart, and check out as usual. Discount codes cannot be applied to gift card purchases. You can choose to send it directly to someone by entering their name, email address, and a personal message.
Prefer to plan ahead? You can schedule the email with the voucher to be sent on a later date. As the purchaser, you’ll always receive a confirmation email for your gift card.
On the checkout page, you’ll see a field labeled “Discount code or gift card.” Enter your voucher code there, and the system will automatically update your total, deducting the maximum value allowed from your gift card.

1. Acceptance of terms
By purchasing, accepting, activating, or using this e-Gift Card, you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions and all applicable laws.
2. Issuer
This e-Gift Card is issued by Fjällräven Australia and New Zealand, operated by Zen (ABN 62 002 764 552). All references to “we”, “us” or “our” mean Zen.
3. Use of the e-Gift Card
3.1 The e-Gift Card can be used only for purchases made on https://fjallraven.com.au.
3.2 It cannot be used in physical stores or for offline purchases.
3.3 The e-Gift Card is not a credit, debit, or charge card and has no cash value.
4. Card value and partial use
4.1 The value of the e-Gift Card is the amount paid at purchase or stated on the card or digital voucher.
4.2 The e-Gift Card can be redeemed for one or multiple online transactions until the balance is depleted or it expires.
4.3 If the purchase amount exceeds the available balance, you must pay the difference through another payment method accepted online.
5. Expiry date
5.1 The e-Gift Card expires 36 months from the date of purchase (the date the card was issued) and not from the date the email was sent to the recipient, or as otherwise stated on the digital voucher.
5.2 After expiry, any unused balance will be forfeited and cannot be redeemed or refunded except where required by law.
6. Fees
6.1 No activation, service, or inactivity fees apply after purchase, unless legally permitted.
6.2 Fees may apply for replacement of lost or stolen e-Gift Cards, if allowed by law.
7. Non‑redeemable for cash
7.1 The e-Gift Card cannot be redeemed for cash or credit except to the extent required by law.
7.2 No change will be given if a purchase is less than the e-Gift Card balance; the remaining balance stays on the card.
8. Lost, stolen or damaged e-Gift Cards
8.1 Treat the e-Gift Card like cash. Keep the card code secure and do not share it. Lost, stolen, or misused e-Gift Cards (including if the code is compromised) cannot be replaced or refunded, except where required by law.
8.2 We do not accept responsibility for any unauthorised use, except where required by law. Replacement, if provided at our sole discretion, requires proof of purchase (e.g., order confirmation email) and original card details.
9. Exclusions and restrictions
9.1 The e-Gift Card cannot be used to purchase other gift cards or vouchers.
9.2 Discount codes cannot be applied to e-Gift Card purchases.
9.3 Certain products, services, or promotions may be excluded from e-Gift Card payment as indicated on the website.
9.4 We reserve the right to cancel or void the e-Gift Card if it is used, or attempted to be used, to purchase other gift cards or vouchers.
10. Checking your balance
You can check your e-Gift Card balance and expiry date through the original e-Gift Card email with the unique code that was emailed to you. The balance shown is conclusive unless disputed in accordance with our customer support process.
11. Refunds and returns
11.1 Refunds for items purchased using the e-Gift Card will be issued as a credit to an e-Gift Card or other form as required by law.
11.2 Cash refunds are not available unless required by law.
12. Fraud, misuse and cancellation
We may refuse to accept, cancel, or block use of an e-Gift Card if we suspect fraud, misuse, or if required by law.
13. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time; the latest version is available at https://fjallraven.com.au/
14. Consumer law rights
These terms do not limit your rights under applicable consumer protection laws. If a term is invalid, the rest remain in effect.
15. Privacy
Personal information collected during e-Gift Card purchase or use is handled according to our Privacy Policy at https://fjallraven.com.au/pages/privacy-policy.
16. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Australia, with disputes subject to the courts of that jurisdiction.
