In 1964, our founder Åke Nordin stowed away a roll of fabric that didn’t make the cut for his groundbreaking Thermo Tent. Years later, that same fabric became the first Greenland Jacket. What others might have discarded became the start of a Fjällräven legend.

Samlaren continues that tradition.

The name means “The Gatherer” in Swedish. Each piece in this limited edition capsule collection has been created from 13,000 yards of salvaged fabric. Inspired by Japanese workwear, precise detailing combines with relaxed silhouettes in a premium 100% cotton ripstop fabric.
